As last week i said, liquid silicone has more advantages such like tear resistance、resilience、yellow resistance、thermal stability and heat resistance and aging resistance. Because of those advantages, LSR is used many areas, infant products, medical suppliers、electronic products and industrial field.

China, which ranks first in industrial productivity in the world, therefore we are called “world’s factory”, and for the Eco-environment， more and more factories to use gas resource  on production. However, because of the instability of gas, we are always looking for new different types of pipes as areas, as galvanized pipe、stainless steel bellows different material to use in glows、aluminum plastic pipe、and silicone pipe.   1. Galvanized pipe: its excellence corrosion resistance, and long service time, it sounds a good choice, but it also has some issues, and the key point of issues is too many interfaces, and it will make more trouble in construction, therefore, its gradually being eliminated by the market.
  2. Stainless steel bellows: it has more softy and strong compressive performance, and also, it has the characteristics of light weight, that is make worker easy to carry on. Also, its corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Based on all above characteristics, our country’s gas pipe to be used this one.
  3. Aluminum plastic pipe: when its been used in indoor pipeline, which could withstand strong working pressure, and because the pipeline can be extended for a long distance, and there is not need more components.
  4. Silicone pipe: it has characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, but its more short time for service time than other pipes. However, on the other hand, its cheaper cost, excellence scalability, and not easy to leak.

And based on those 4 different materials of pipes, we could know, even though the left of 3 types are more advantages than silicone pipe, however their are hardness than silicone pipe, and not easy to get bend, probably they have more good characteristic on the outdoor gas pipe, but indoor, the silicone pipe is the best choice. Therefore, according to above point, silicone pipe is more benefits than others, we do not need to say characteristics, the price is king.
